| 摘 要： | 高校体育课教学长期以来存在诸多弊端,无法充分发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用。不能照顾到高校大学生的兴趣爱好和满足他们日益提高的运动需求。针对这种情况笔者对本校体育课的教学改革进行了全方位的研究,并对其中出现的问题和情况进行了深入的分析和探讨,找出了改进的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | there are many drawbacks in college sports teaching for a long time,which is limited to give full play to the leading role of the principal role of students and teachers,and can’t take care of the interests of university students and meet the increasing demand for sports.I made a full range of research according to this situation of school physical education teaching reform,conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on problems and situations and identify improved methods and measures. |
