| Abstract: | In order to play the maximum effect of training and improve the level of human resources,this paper conducts a research on human resources training through the documentation method and questionnaire investigation method from these four aspects :analyzing training needs,promoting the conversion of teachers’ training concept,adopting various training methods,and providing a good working environment for transforming training achievements. |
