摘    要:如何构建培养学生自我教育能力的少先队自主活动的操作体系,是当前学校教育工作者共同关注的一个问题,国内目前尚未无实证性的研究。本实验研究为期一年,研究结果表明,建立"自主设计、自主活动、自主评价、自主反思"的少先队活动模式,就能有效地培养和提高小学生的自我教育能力,从而促使他们整体素质全面协同自主发展。

Abstract:How to construct a practical system to train the self-education ability in young pioneers activities is a hot topic in nowadays education.This one-year experiment is the first in China,which shows that a mode of "self-design,self-activity,self-comment and self-reflection" will be able to improve effectively the students' self-education ability.It can also promote the all-round development of the students.
