| 摘 要： | 为了提高大学毕业生的就业率,大多数高校对在校大学生开设了职业指导课,希望通过这门课程教给学生就业、创业知识,培养大学毕业生的就业素质,提高就业率.但是,大学生职业指导课与大学生就业实际之间存在较大差距,因此,本文对当前就业指导课在实施效果上存在的问题进行分析,提出了提高大学生职业指导课实践效果的基本对策.
