| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国经济的发展,大量农民进入城市务工,成为中国城市建设的一支重要力量,他们为城市创造了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,但农民工的社会保障问题却一直无人问津.这不仅严重地阻碍了我国工业化、城市化的进程,而且也给社会的不稳定埋下了诸多隐患.因此,建立面向农民工的社会保障制度已势在必行.

| Abstract: | With the economic development in our society more and more farmers move into cities for work, thus it becomes an important work force in city construction. They have created great benefit for the society, while their social security has not been cared for, which not only prevents the process of industrialization and urbanization, but also brings about many hidden problems for the society. Therefore, it is urgent to constituter necessary regulations of social security for those people. |
