| Abstract: | In this paper,three development targets for information science are described:(1)Establishing data-information-knowledge-intelligence-intellectual ability conversion and unified theory;(2)Developing the big integrated system for information retrieval-information analysis-information service;(3)Exploiting the methods for measuring information,knowledge and intelligence.At the same time,the general plan for realizing above-mentioned targets is described. |
