| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着档案馆在国家和社会生活中的作用日渐突显,有关档案馆馆长的研究也逐渐兴起,并取得了一系列成就,这些成就主要集中在馆长素质和馆长管理两个方面。研究存在的不足主要体现在研究内容、研究方法、研究者素质等方面。
