摘    要:对大强度耐力性跑台训练SD大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性及血糖(BS)、丙二醛(MDA)和全血血红蛋白(Hb)的含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,与对照组比较,训练组SOD活性和BS含量表现出适应性升高,而MDA含量和GOT、GPT活性有显著性升高(P<0 05)。服药训练组大鼠与训练组比较,SOD活性、BS、Hb含量显著升高(P<0 05),MDA含量,GOT、GPT活性显著下降(P<0 05)。笔者提示,大强度耐力训练对机体造成损伤的同时,适应性的提高了抗氧化酶活力和糖储备;Gln具有清除运动产生的脂质过氧化物和提高BS,Hb含量的功效。

Effect of Glutamine and Exercise Training on Some Biochemical Indices in Rat Blood
Abstract:The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), Glutamic oxalacetic Transaminase(GOT), Glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT), the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA), blood sugar(BS) in serum and Hemoglobin (Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in high intensive endurance training The results showed that comparing with control group, the activity of SOD and BS enhanced consequently, the activities of GOT?GPT and MDA increased evidently(P<005), Hb showed little difference in training group Comparing with training group, BS, Hb and the activity of SOD increased while MDA and the activity of GOT?GPT decreased evidently (P<005)This study suggested that the activities of antioxidant enzyme and preservation of glycogen could be stimulated although tissues were injured in high intensive endurance training Gln could delete lipid peroxide produced in training and increase the content of BS and Hb
