高铁酸钾水处理剂的制备条件优化及结构分析

摘    要:采用湿法/次氯酸盐氧化法制备高铁酸钾,讨论了反应温度,反应时间,铁盐加入量对高铁酸钾产率的影响,实验表明,高铁酸钾制备的最佳条件为:氧化反应温度20℃,氧化反应时间90min,九水合硝酸铁浓度5%~10%,反应中保持次氯酸钾过量;并采用红外光谱、X-射线衍射、紫外-可见光谱等现代测试技术对高铁酸钾的结构进行表征。

Abstract:Potassium ferrate(K_2FeO_4)flocculant was prepared by the oxidation of hypochlorite in aque- ous system.The influence of the reaction parameters,such as temperature,time,and reagent concentration, on the yield of K_2FeO_4 was studied.And the optimum conditions were obtained:oxidation under 20 oC for 90 min,the concentration of Fe(NO_3)_3.9H_2O was about 5%-10 wt%.At the same time,the structure of K_2FeO_4 was also characterized by FTIR,XRD and UV-vis analysis.
