| 摘 要： | TiO_2前驱物在整个水热合成超细BaTiO_3的反应过程中起着重要的作用。通过对不同晶粒尺寸、不同晶型结构的TiO_2作为水热合成超细BaTiO_3的反应前驱物进行实验研究,发现了在其它反应条件,如反应温度、时间、PH值、Ba/Ti摩尔比等,完全相同的情况下,BaTiO_3产物的晶粒尺寸和四方度有明显差别。

| Abstract: | TiO_2 precursor has important effects on the process of preparing superfine barium titanate by a hydrothermal conversion.Different grain size and different crystal structure of TiO_2 used as the precursors were investigated,which show that in the same condition,such as the same reactive temperature,reactive time,PH value,Ba/Ti ratio and so on,the grain size and tetragonal structure of barium titanate are different. |
