| 摘 要： | 乡村旅游是我国新世纪旅游产业发展的重要组成部分,同时也是农村经济新的增长点。黟县乡村旅游目的地管理体制在行政管理、经营模式及利益分配机制等方面存在问题,需要设立利益中性的独立管理机构,实行市场化经营机制,成立协调机构及旅游发展行业协会,加强教育与培训等。

| Abstract: | Rural tourism is an important component of tourism industry development in China,as well as a new growth point of rural economy in the new century.Some problems of management system in rural tourism destination,such as administration management,operational modes and benefit distribution exist in Yixian County.So it is necessary to establish independent management institution,set up marketed operational system,found an coordination organization and industry unions of tourism development,and strengthen education and training. |
