| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化的发展，大学生就业面临着新的挑战，遭遇到了新的矛盾。要缓解和解决这些矛盾，高校就必须调整办学思路，加强就业指导，并帮助毕业生树立“先就业、后择业、再创业”的观念，以调整他们的就业期望值。
