| 摘 要： | 我国企业走出国门后,将面临比国内更加严峻的投资风险。由于国有企业仍是海外投资的主体,针对海外投资中国有资产流失的状况,对海外投资风险中的国家风险和商业风险对我国境外国有资产流失的影响分别予以分析,在此基础上,从投资者和国家两个角度,提出防范我国海外投资中国有资产流失的法律对策。

| Abstract: | Our national enterprise will face more risks of overseas investment than at home after going abroad.Because national enterprises are the main Corpus for overseas investment,aiming at the condition about the loss of national assets,this thesis analyzes the influence of the loss of overseas national assets of China made by the national risk and the business risk of overseas investment.Based on the above,the author puts forward the legal countermeasures for how to prevent the loss of overseas national assets of China from the two angles of investors and the state. |
