| Abstract: | The paper,based on the past ten-year practice of Xinzhou Teachers University students' Replacement Teaching Practice in elementary and middle schools of rural areas,makes a probe into the theory of Replacement Teaching Practice of students in teachers' colleges and universities,the key elements in implementation of such a practice,and the interior and exterior environment in need of continual improvement.It is expected that such a probe would provide both theoretical and practical foundation for a large-scale extending of replacement teaching practice in more teachers' colleges and universities. |
