| 摘 要： | 诚实信用作为保险法的基本原则，占有重要地位。本文分析了保险合同遵循诚实信用的初衷，重点说明诚实信用在保险合同中的体现及违反诚实信用的法律后果，同时针对保险人滥用诚实信用提出了应对措施。

| Abstract: | The honest and credibility are used as the basic principle of the insurance method, and occupy the important position. This paper analyses the original intention of insurance contract is to follow the honest and credibility, points elucidation of the honest and credibility in the insurance contract and legal results of violating the honest and credibility, and for the insurer's abuse of the honest and credibility, the paper finds out the measures. |
