| Abstract: | In 189（the sixth year of Zhongping）,altogether there were seventeen counties and cities under the administration of Yingchuan Jun with the population of more than 800,000.Huangjin rebellion broke out once again with a severe famine and four-month rain.Huang Wan,ZhouMu of Yuzhou was promoted and Kong You was assigned CiShi of Yuzhou,Yin Xiu as TaiShou,and many people were also recommended and assigned. |
