| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校侧重职业性，在教育教学模式上，更加注重技能型人才培养，这对专业教师的知识水平和综合素质提出了更高的要求，教师应具有“双师”素质。下企业锻炼是培养双师素质的最有效途径。本文就教师下企业锻炼的见解予以综述，为教师下企业锻炼学习提供参考。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges tend to be more occupation- al, laying more emphasis on the cultivation of skilled talents, which proposes higher requirements for professional teachers＇ knowledge and comprehensive quality, so teachers should have ＂dual qualities＂. To practice in enterprises is the most effective approach to cultivate teachers＇ dual qualities. This paper reviews some views on teachers＇ practice in enterprises, hoping to provide references for higher vocational teachers. |
