| 摘 要： | 经济区建设需要本地主体性金融机构的支撑，半岛蓝色经济发展需要蓝色金融的战略保障，组建蓝色银行是山东半岛蓝色经济区建设的重大战略举措，以青岛银行为主体组建蓝色银行是具有可行性的发展思路。建议以组建蓝色银行为契机推动青岛银行与蓝色经济区跨越发展。
