| 摘 要： | ERP沙盘实训是根据管理学科特点建立起来的以学生为主体的新型教学模式，它利用虚拟的市场环境考验学生融汇贯通各种知识的能力，既注重培养学生的专业素质，更重视学生的创新意识的开发，从而激发学生的创业潜能。文章旨在通过分析ERP沙盘实训教学中的创新创业内涵，试图把它与大学生创业教育相结合，或将开启素质教育新思路。

| Abstract: | ERP sand table training is a new student-centered teaching model based on the feature of management disci- plines. It makes use of the virtual market environment to test students＇ ability of knowledge mastery. It not only emphasizes on training students＇ professional quality, but also stresses on the development of innovation sense in order to stimulate students＇ potential of entrepreneurship. This paper is aimed at analyzing the innovative and entrepreneurial connotation of ERP sand table training, trying to combine it with university entrepreneurship education and open a new way of quality edu- cation. |
