摘    要:汽车线束加工中的端子压接机设有测定模具上钳口和模具下钳口之间压接高度的位置传感器,还设有电子数据处理器、电子数据存储器及电子数字显示器,位置传感器通过信号线路与电子数据处理器连接。电子数据处理器通过信号线路与电子数据存储器及电子数字显示器连接。因此,在调节模具高度时,能更准确地控制压接模具的压接高度,控制模具所承受的冲击力保持稳定数值,大大减少了模具损伤程度,对模具起到保护作用,从而提高压接模具的使用寿命,提高生产效率,减少损失与浪费,同时提高产品的质量。

Structure Design and Technological Analysis of Terminal Joint Press Used in Processing Automobile Wire Harness

Abstract:The position sensor which is used to measure pressing height between the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the mould is installed in the terminal joint press used in processing automobile wire harness, as well as the electric data processor, the electric data storage and the electric digital display. The position sensor is connected with the electric data processor by signal lines. The later is connected with the electric data storage and the electric digital display by signal lines. Hence, this structure can more ac- curately control the pressing height of the mould, keep the impact force received by the mould in stability and greatly reduce the damage to the mould so as to extend its service life, raise the pro- ductivity, reduce the loss and the waste as well as promote the quality of products.
