| 摘 要： | 儒学作为重人的学说,历来极为关注婚姻、家庭及其伦理问题。中国在儒学的教化下,对婚姻问题从伦理道德、法律制度等方面作了许多具体规定,其家庭组成也发生了历史演变。在几千年的中国封建社会中,以儒学思想为基础和主导而形成的婚姻家庭伦理,具有许多特点或优点,有的在当代仍有其重要价值。

| Abstract: | Confucianism as a human-oriented doctrine has always highlighted marriage, family and their ethical problems. China under the influential edification of Confucianism has made many requirements for marriage from the perspectives of ethics and legal system with family construct undergoing historical evolutions. During thousands of years of feudal Chinese societies, the marital and family ethics formed based on Confucianism and had Confucianism as their fundamental idea. The marital and family ethics thus formed had many characteristics and merits, some of which remain valuable in the present day. |
