| 摘 要： | 构建学习化社会和终身教育体系是全面建设小康社会的重要标志和必然要求。构建学习化社会和终身教育体系必须深刻认识其核心内涵和基本特征,必须在全社会大力倡导终身学习观,依法保护公民终身受教育的权力,加强各级各类教育、培训的衔接,发挥学校教育的中心作用。

| Abstract: | Construction of learning society and lifelong education system is the important symbol and inevitable requirement of all-round construction of a well-off society.For this purpose the essential connotation and basic characteristics of the work should be fully realized,life learning widely advocated,citizen right for life education protected by the law,coordination of education and training of all kinds at all levels strengthened,and the key part of schools in education fully exploited. |
