| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术突飞猛进的发展，知识经济已初见端倪，物质财富增长中科技和知识的作用与日俱增，精神产品生产和再生的规模将不断扩大，精神产品生产已逐步成为经济发展的新增长点，而实现高新技术产业化是发展精神生产的重要任务，我国高新技术产业的发展已日益引起社会各界人士的普遍关注。但在发展过程中也存在一些亟待解决的问题，为此，作者提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Alongside the expanding of science and technology at a fast speed, the knowledge based economy is showing. The functions of knowledge and science and technology are increasing in the production of material wealth, the scale of producing spiritual matters and re production of them will be enlarged. The creating of spiritual matters is gradually becoming a new starting point of economic growth. It is a very important task to realize the industrialization of high tech in the course of developing the creation of spiritual products. The whole people noticed extensively to the development of the high tech industry, but there are some problems to be dealt with in this process, so the author puts forward some countermeasures. |
