| 摘 要： | 和谐意味着利益主体的多元化、利益主体之间的矛盾冲突和协调以及不同利益主体的共同发展。中国城市社区本质性范围和边界,是相对独立的地域结构、区位结构和人际互动体系统合的特殊社会管理单元。制度的价值在于保障人交往中的自由创造。和谐社区制度的根本性质是,无形制度强影响背景下的习得性自治过渡。在居民乃至其他主体主动、反复的制度制定、实施、完善的持续参与(包括矛盾协调、化解)中,和谐社区制度才可能是适宜和有效的。

| Abstract: | Harmony means diversification of multi-interest bodies,the contradiction and coordination among them and their co-development. The scope and boundary of Chinese city community is the special social management unit with relatively independent regional structure,district structure and the personal interaction system. The value of the institution lies on the guarantee of creativeness of interpersonal contact. The nature of the harmonious community is the habitual automatic transition under the influence of the invisible institution. Only through the persistent efforts of residents and other people on the formulation,implementation and perfection of the institution,can the harmonious community be fitting,proper and operative. |
