我国中小学体育教师继续教育的优化与整合

摘    要:采用文献法、问卷调查法、专家谈访法、比较分析法、层次分析法,在总结我国中小学体育教师继续教育主要特征的基础上,就中小学体育教师继续教育的优化与整合,对全国7省市582名中小学体育教师进行了调查研究.结果表明:构建中小学体育教师教育一体化的机构和师资队伍是提高中小学体育教师继续教育质量的组织保证;根据中小学体育教师成长的阶段性特征和价值取向,优化继续教育的组织模式、教学模式、教育内容是提高继续教育质量的关键.

Abstract:By using the method of documentary, questionnaire, expert-interview, comparison and analytical hierarchy, this paper summarizes the characters of the continual of P.E. teachers in primary and middle schools of our country, and then researches the optimization and integration of the continual education for the 582 physical education teacher of elementary and high school from seven provinces. The result shows that establishing the organization and qualified teachers of maintaining the unification of the continual education for the physical education teachers of elementary and high school is a guarantee to improve the quality of the continual education. According to the periodical characteristics and value-orientation of the development of physical education teachers optimizing the organization, teaching content, teaching way are the vital factors to improve the quality of continual education.
