| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,人事体制对我国高等教育发展的影响日趋突出.要研究人事改革对高等教育发展的影响,特别是要实施教师聘任制改革,通过创新,确立一种新型关系,推进当代高校人事制度的完善,从而充分调动教师的积极性、主动性、创造性、提高高校办学质量和效益.

| Abstract: | With the gradual perfection of the socialist market economy in our country,personnel institution has greater influence on the development of higher education in our country.It is necessary to study the influence,especially the teacher employment reform,to establish a new relationship by innovation,to perfect the personnel institution in universities,and to activate the teacher's enthusiasm and creativity so as to promote the quality and effectiveness of universities. |
