| 摘 要： | 新时期加强高校职业指导人员专业化建设对于提升队伍素质、改进指导质量具有重要意义。为加快专业化建设进程，高校职业指导人员自身应规划职业生涯、参与校本教研、参加专业进修、根植指导实践、注重自我反思，社会各界也要在明确标准、改进管理、建设阵地、完善机制、理论研究等方面积极配合。
