摘    要:学校文化建设热潮推进到今天,有必要不断正本清源,对一些似是而非的基本问题进行追问和澄清,以获得文化创新的科学支撑。就其属性而言,学校文化不是校园文化、管理文化、标签文化等,它是学校组织长期以来形成并信守的精神理念,是组织及其大多数成员共同的行为方式与物化形态;就其价值而言,学校文化必须在全球的、时代的坐标参照中形成文化自觉,致力于促进学校的文化更新、优质发展、特色建设和人的精神境界的提升。

Abstract:Currently, some specious basic issues with construction of school culture need to be inquired into and clarified for the scientific innovation of culture. From the perspective of its attribute, school culture is not schoolyard or administration or label ones, but the spiritual belief that school organizations form and abide by ever since, and also the common styles of actions and materialized state of the organization and its most members. In terms of values, school culture must form cultural consciousness in the coordinate reference of the world and times, aiming to promote school cultural updating, quality development, characteristic construction, and human's spirit growth.
