| 摘 要： | 目标管理是高职院校创新管理方式、提高管理水平的一种有效方式.文章在阐明目标管理内涵的基础上,分析指出高职院校实行目标管理的战略意义,指出高职院校在实行目标管理战略时可能存在的行政量化、强行推销、部门本位化、急功近利、目标体系固化及目标考评表象化等问题,最后提出高职院校目标管理的战略思路.
