| Abstract: | Enhancing the ductility of coupling wall - beam plays a key role in improving the anti - earthquake performance of shear wall structures. With the steel coupling wall - beam, which insteads of the concrete one, the new slitted shear wall structures are easier for construction , and could dissipate the vibration energy efficiently without reducing its load - carrying capability. |
