| 摘 要： | 职业院校毕业生就业难已成为近年不争的事实,导致这一现象出现的一个重要原因就是职业院校教学模式存在缺陷,致使学生实践动手能力与社会期望值相差甚远。引入职业技能大赛,使职业技能大赛与实践教学有机衔接具有积极的意义。文章在剖析职业院校实践教学暴露的问题基础之上,主要从四个方面阐述了职业院校技能大赛与实践教学有机衔接对促进职业教育教学改革所起的积极作用,并提出了衔接的主要途径。
