跳远助跑最后一步摆动腿着地姿态的研究

摘    要:本文以参加96年全国田径锦标赛男子跳远决赛的11名选手为研究对象,以定点高速摄影、影片解析和数量统计为主要研究方法,对助跑最后一步摆动腿着地姿态的某些技术参数进行生物力学分析。结果表明:助跑最后一步摆动腿支撑阶段与短距支撑阶段的动作机制存在本质区别;摆动腿着地姿态对形成上板节奏。垂直工作效果及摆动腿摆动速度的最大值有重要影响。

Abstract:Eleven male long jumpers who compteted in 1996 National championships are the subjects of this study. The stationary speed photographing and statistics are main research methods. Some of the technical parameters of the landing position of last stride are biomechanically analysed. It is shown that there is an essential difference in movement mechanism between the sapporting phase of last stride and that of sprint; the landing position affects deeply the rhythm of coming to board, the vertical work effect and the maximum swinging speed during take-off.
