| 摘 要： | 青海东部１９９７年春末初夏出现了干旱，其原因是由大范围的环流异常造成的，新一轮的洋尼诺现象对春末初夏干旱形成起了推波助澜作用，干旱发生前青海省内地震活动数减少，地面长波辐射，降水，气温等气象要素均出现异常，这些异常要素可能是未来预测工作研究的重点。

| Abstract: | From the end of the spring to the beginning of the summer in 1997,the large-scope circu-lation abnormity,and the new El Nino phenomenon as well,caused Eastern Qinghai's aridity. Before the oc-currence of aridity,some abonormities including the decrease of earthquake activity in the province,and the unusual surface long-wave radiation,precipitation and air temperature,could been observed,which should be the focal point of forecasting work in the future. |
