| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的不断加剧，作为企业第三利润源的物流越来越受到各个企业的重视。目前，我国商业物流存在基础设施较差，信息技术相对落后，服务质量不高，缺乏专业的物流人才，商业企业、物流企业以及供应商之间的诚信体系不完善，沟通不畅等问题，需要借鉴国外先进的物流经验和运作模式，根据我国经济发展水平和市场化程度，逐步对商业物流加以调整、改造、完善和提高。

| Abstract: | With the intensified competition, logistics, which is often regarded as the third souree of profit, is becoming more and more important to every enterprise＇s performance. At present, there are many problems existing in China＇s commercial logistics, such as poor infrastructure, relatively backward information technology, low service quality, the lack of professional logistics personnel, as well as imperfect credit system and poor communication among commercial enterprises, logistics enterprises and the suppliers. So, China＇s commercial logistics enterprises should learn from foreign advanced logistics experience and mode of operation, as well as gyadually adjust, alterate, improve and enhance commercial logistics in accordance with China＇s eeonomic development level and the degree of marketization. |
