高中教育质量评价的思考与设计

摘    要:为落实中共中央、国务院《关于深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,基于国际经验和国家对普通高中教育评价改革的政策目标和要求,探讨了普通高中教育的质量标准,提出了关注差异、强化过程,探索增值、聚焦进步,数据驱动、滚动评估的评价设计思路,以期通过对学生发展成效和学校培养过程影响要素等分析,探索高中教育质量评价改革的方法和路径。

Design and Consideration of High School Quality Evaluation

Abstract:In order to take into practice of the General Plan for deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,the paper,based on international experiences and the analysis of national objectives and requirements of high school evaluation,discusses the quality standards of high schools,and puts forward the ideas of paying attention to school differences and strengthening schooling process,exploring value-added assessment of student achievements as well as focusing on school’s progress,data-driven evaluation and rolling evaluation on high schools.It is expected to measure the quality of high schools by analysisng students achievements as well as the factors of their schooling,in hopes of making some contribution to the reform of evaluation on high schools nationally.
