| 摘 要： | 英国高等教育经过800余年的不断改革与发展，已经在自主、自治的独立体系下形成了自主运行机制。而通过对英国高等教育管理体制的研究告诉我们：处理好政府与学校责权关系：拥有优秀管理团队与杰出学术带头人；明确学校的合理定位，制定高校发展规划是大学运行的重要保证。这种观点对我们高等教育改革不无启迪作用。

| Abstract: | After more than 800 years development and reforming,the British higher education formed self-operating mechaism under the independent system.However,the British higher education management system points out that it is an important guarantee for university running to handle a good relationship between goverment responsibility power and university power;owning an excellent management group and outstanding leaders in a scholarly field;definiting a rea-sonable position of the university,and making a higher education development plan.This view benifits a lot to enlight-ened our education reform. |
