| 摘 要： | 明代中央政权建立以后，在反思和研究元朝灭亡的原因及经验教训的时候，特别注意对少数民族政策的制定与使用，尤其是对这一时期形成的新兴民族共同体——回族，表现得就更加具体。由于明代对回族采取扶持政策，所以回族经济生活得到了较大的发展，同时也对明代经济的发展、政权的稳定起到了积极作用。
