| 摘 要： | 农民问题的实质,说到底是农业剩余劳动力的转移和再就业问题。“民工潮”的兴起和高涨,是城乡地区经济发展不平衡的阶段性产物。“民工潮”的无序和无度,给我国城乡经济健康运行带来负面效应,通过对我国农村劳动力的现实和潜在就业压力以及转移路径的深入剖析,阐释了农村城市化消解“民工潮”的主渠道作用。

| Abstract: | The crux of the peasant problem , in the final analysis , is the one of diversion of agricultural surplus labour and reemployment. The making and upsurge of the " tide of labourers" are the outcome of stage due to disequilibrium of economic development in town and country areas. The disorder and immoderation of " tide of labourers" bring about negative effevts on healthy operation of urban and rural economy. It is expounded that urbanization of villages is a main channel which dispels the ' tide of labourers" through deeply analysing the reality of rural labour , potential employment pressure and diverting path. |
