| 摘 要： | 承接能力是吸引产业转移的重要基础.本文以陕西省软件产业为研究对象,采用因子分析法,选取全国18个省的19个指标,对其产业转移承接能力进行实证分析.研究结论为:软件产业转移承接能力可归结为产业竞争优势和投资环境因子、产业规模与增长因子、政府因子、效益因子和市场因子五方面的驱动力.陕西软件产业在因子1和因子5上得分较高,而在因子2上得分较低,综合产业转移承接能力较强.在此基础上,从招商引资、本地企业培育、软硬件环境完善三个方面提出承接产业转移、加快发展的对策建议.
