| 摘 要： | 隐性知识广泛地存在于排球专业教学之中。本文通过对隐性知识和排球教学中的隐性知识的介绍,探讨了高等体育院校排球教学中影响学生隐性知识积累的主要因素以及学生隐性知识积累的方式,旨在为更好地提高高等体育院校排球教学的质量提供一定的借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge is knowledge that is difficult to transfer to another person by means of writing it down or verbalizing it.By introducing tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge of volleyball teaching,this paper discussed the major factors and methods that affect the accumulation of student's tacit knowledge of volleyball,thus promoting the quality of volleyball teaching in sports college. |
