| 摘 要： | 我国高职院校体育课程一直沿用普通高等学校的课程体系，没有形成符合自身职业教育特点的目标体系。从高职体育与社会体育的衔接，协助提升学生的职业能力，终身体育能力培养，促进学生身心健康四个方面出发，引导课程目标的制定。在确定高职体育课程目标时，首先区分了学科目标和超学科目标；然后按各自所要达成的效果分别确定效果目标，即职业实用身体素质目标、现时身体健康目标、终身体育目标、心理健康目标、认知策略和智慧技能目标。接下来在效果目标的基础上确定了各效果目标的学习领域目标。

| Abstract: | In China the P.E. curriculum system of higher vocational college that follows the system of general high education don＇t construct self-system according with vocational education. The join of EE. curriculum of higher vocational college and social exercise, helping advance mind healthiness are main factors in designing the EE. curriculum target. In the course of target constitution,the subject target and the super-sjbject target were distinguished firstly. Then the effect target were confirmed separately, namely the target of body-capability of occupation, the target of body health at present,the target of body health in the future, the target of long-life exercise, the target of mind health, the target of cognitive strategy and wisdom skill, Thirdly the domain targets were established at the foundation of effect targets. |
