| 摘 要： | 伴随着创业型经济的兴起和经济全球化的深入发展,国际创业现象日趋频繁和普遍,并成为近年来西方学术界研究的热点.早期的国际创业理论侧重于新创企业国际化的条件、过程与战略特征及其在国际市场上生存与发展问题的研究.随着研究的深入,国际创业在概念内涵、分析层面和理论视角方面得以深化和拓展,实现了创业学与国际商务理论的交叉与融合.本文旨在对新近在西方学术界兴起的国际创业理论及其发展动态进行梳理和评价,以期为国内相关问题的研究提供一个清晰的研究脉络.
