| 摘 要： | 美丽乡村是区域经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明协调发展，规划科学、生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主、人居改善，宜居、宜业和宜游的可持续发展乡村。目前，云南乡村农业生产的自然环境渐趋恶化，农业发展基础设施建设滞后，农业升级技术相对落后，农业产业经营管理简单粗放，农民生活水平受到农业生产的严重束缚。加强乡村基础设施建设，改良土壤，兴修水利，推广良种种植，保障农田基本建设，全面提高农业综合生产能力和发展潜力，促进乡村公共服务能力提升，着力提高乡村广大人民群众生产和生活水平，是推进云南美丽乡村建设的必然选择。

Countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating the construction of beautiful villages in Yunnan |

| Abstract: | The beautiful villages is regional economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization coordinated development, scientific planning, production development, affluent life, civilization of rural customs, village neatly, democratic management, residential improve, suitable for living, agricultural produce and tourism in a sustainable development village. At present, Yunnan rural areas facing natural environment gradually deteriorated, the development of agriculture infrastructure construction is lagging behind, upgrading technology of agriculture is relatively backward, agricultural produce and management is simple, farmers' living standards have seriously suffered from the agricultural produce hindered. To enhance rural areas infrastructure construction, improve soil, construction conservancy, promote seeds planting, protection the basic farmland construction, comprehensively improve the agricultural produce capacity and development potential, promote villages' public service capacity, focus on improving the rural people's production and living standard is promote the inevitable choice of the beautiful villages construction in Yunnan. |
