| 摘 要： | 搏击操在经营性健身场所的流行,表明了该健身项目独特的健身价值,文章通过对经营性健身场所搏击操健身者以及指导员的调查与分析,从中发现问题并提出解决问题的办法,由此对搏击操在社会体育中的进一步推广与普及有着重要意义,同时也可以使以搏击操为载体的中华武术在全民健身运动中发挥更为积极的作用。
