| 摘 要： | 目前,我国公共图书馆事业的发展状况主要表现为：公共图书馆的发展现状不容乐观;公共图书馆的社会认知程度较低,而解决这一现状的根本途径是图书馆立法,这既是社会信息化发展的要求,更是图书馆事业发展的需求。
