| 摘 要： | 国民体质健康关系到社会的发展和国家的昌盛、关系到社会的和谐和家庭的安康。解析了国民体质健康服务体系的相关概念,分析了国民体质健康服务体系的结构,并剖析了国民体质健康服务体系的运行机制。认为国民体质健康服务体系包含宣传、指导、设施、活动、监测、治疗等六大结构部分以及决策、动力、保障、协调等四大运行机制。

| Abstract: | The public health service is related with the development and prosperity of the society and the nation,the harmony and peace of the society and family.With the research method of literature study,the paper analyse the structure and the operation mechanism of the public health service system.The paper proposes that there are six parts in the structure of the public health service system,i.e.publication,guidance,facility,activity,supervision and test and treatment and there are four operation mechanisms,i.e.,decision making,drive,guarantee and coordination. |
