| 摘 要： | 处于青年中期的大学生，生理发育已基本成熟，但心理尚未成熟，大学是他们走向心理成熟的最后阶段，因此，教师应根据大学生的心理发展特点，有针对性地做好他们的思想工作，帮助学生圆满完成学业。

| Abstract: | Generally speaking, the college students who are in the middle of their adolescence, have become physiologically mature, but they are still immature psychologically. The time they spend in college functions as the last phase before they reach complete psychological maturity. Therefore, the teachers should provide necessary psychological consultation to the students according to their mental characteristics to help them finish their in the college study successfully. |
