| 摘 要： | 目的：观察内给氧治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎的效果。方法：对2003．4～2006．4月收治的47例经血、尿淀粉酶、B超、CT证实为急性出血坏死性胰腺炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予注射用内给氧＋善德定（善宁）或施他宁、抗生素及基础性支持治疗；对照组予善德定（善宁）或施他宁加抗生素及基础性支持治疗。结果：治疗组腹痛缓解时间、淀粉酶降至正常时间及死亡率均明显少于对照组，差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：内给氧配合基础性治疗对重症胰腺炎有较好疗效，具有费用低，实用性强的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Carbamide peroxide in treating acute blooding necrotizing Pancreatitis.Methods:47 cases were collected who had been diadnosed patients with acute blooding necrotizing Pancreatitis,and also were conducted CT examination and seram amylase examination from 2003.4 to 2006.4.The cases were devided into two groups.The treated group was treated with Carbamide peroxide,Octreotide Acetate Injection,Shitaining and Antibiotic plus base treatment.The control group was treated with Octreotide Acetate Injection Shitaining and Antibiotic plus base treatment.Results:The case in treating group showed obvious effect(P<0.01).Abdominal pain had been mitigated and seram amylase decrease to nomal level.The death rate in treating group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion: We could improve the therapeutic effects by combining the Carbamide peroxide treatment and base treatment with lower prices and stronger practice. |
