T68镗床电控系统的PLC改造

摘    要:以T68镗床传统电控线路为基础,利用三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器对其电控系统进行改造。首先,确定系统改造方案,同时根据镗床的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的I/O分配,设计出梯形图并进行现场调试,降低电控系统故障,提高镗床加工过程中的安全性和可靠性。改造过程对于指导学生完成与PLC改造有关的毕业设计也具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:By using Mitsubishi FX2N Series PLC to reform the electronic control system of T68 boring machine,system transformation program is elaborated,and the distribution of PLC inputs and outputs has been determined in accordance with the control requirements and characteristics.Ladder Chart is designed on the basis of relay control circuit and debugged online,which helps to reduce the electronic control system malfunction and strengthen the security and reliability of boring machine processing.It also has a certain reference value for guiding students to complete graduation projects related with PLC.
