摘    要:根据广东省生产力促进中心作为广东省创新方法推广应用省级基地所开展的"工业设计+TRIZ"课程体系研究与培训实践探索,建立一套基于TRIZ的工业设计人员创新力培养体系,包括工业设计应用型人才创新力培养目标、三阶段创新力培养课程计划、"讲-练-评-访"四步创新教学模式等核心板块,并通过打造专业化"工业设计+TRIZ"师资队伍、搭建"三位一体"资源协作平台、推行"工业设计+TRIZ"常态化分级认证制度等措施,为工业设计人员创新力培养全过程提供研究基础.

Abstract:According to the research and training practice of "Industrial Design + TRIZ" curriculum system carried out by Guangdong Productivity Center as the provincial base for the promotion and application of innovative methods in Guangdong Province, establishing a set of innovation training system for industrial designers based on TRIZ, including some core sectors, such as the innovation training objectives of industrial design application talents, three-stage training curriculum plan of innovation, and four-step innovative teaching mode of "Lecture-Practice-Evaluation-Interview". And providing a research for the whole process of innovation training for industrial designers by building a professional "Industrial Design + TRIZ" faculty, building a "Trinity" resource collaboration platform, and carrying out a normalized grading certification system of "Industrial Design + TRIZ".
